Altar Society

A long standing parish women's group in which all women in the parish are considered members.

The Altar Society is organized into "circles" that are called upon to provide food for funeral dinners and other events.  The original focus of the group was to care for the needs of the altar, such as purchasing linens and vestments.  Currently the Altar Society procures altar breads for parish liturgies.  They are instrumental in providing the meal for our annual Parish Bazaar and sponsor a Soup Day and other events to support our parish and school.  Circle books are available in the back of church or from the Parish Office.  The Altar Society meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Church Hall.  Meeting Minutes
