Church Council

The parish pastoral council advises the pastor concerning the direction of the parish,
how it is addressing it’s mission and it’s various ministries and provides guidance
concerning planning and the future direction of the parish. Commitment involves a
willingness to frequently talk with other parishioners so as to be aware of their
concerns and to attend meetings of the parish council (4-6 per year) so as to participate
in discussions and advise the pastor. Members on the council serve three year terms.
One member is elected president and presides over council meetings. Council members
are elected by ballots collected from the parishioners at Mass. Ex-officio members of
the Parish Council are the pastor, the principal of the parish school and Sr. Eulalia.
